Aeries Web Version now has an integrated Student Financial Transactions system that allows schools and districts to manage billing and payment of tuition and fees charged to students. Aeries has teamed with Edbacker^™ to create a unique integration that not only allows students to pay their fees online, but also allows them to create a campaign to crowd-source the funds. This means that friends, relatives, and others can safely and securely donate money toward a student's fees using Edbacker's fundraising platform, and it all integrates seamlessly with Aeries.

Aeries users with appropriate permissions are able to manage fee transactions, process payments, create Edbacker fundraising campaigns on behalf of students, and create monthly payment schedules. Parents and students can also view recent financial transactions and access the Edbacker campaign via the Aeries Student and Parent Portal.

The Student Financial Transactions feature in Aeries can also be utilized without the Edbacker integration to record fees, set up a payment schedule, and keep a running balance for the student without the automated payments or crowd-sourcing.
