This article explains how the Aeries Student Financial Transactions system is integrated into the Student Portal.

If a Parent or Student account has Read permission to the Financial Transactions Summary (FTS) security area, the Financial Information section will display on the Portal homepage.

This section displays the Next Payment Date, Next Amount Due, and Total Remaining balance for the student. Also, based on the Enable Campaign URL and Enable Billing Gate URL options from the School Options page, those links may display in this section, as well, but only if the student already has an Edbacker campaign created.

Clicking the Edbacker Campaign link will open the student's Edbacker campaign in a new browser tab, where details of the campaign can be viewed, and funds can be donated. Clicking the Autopay link will open the students' Edbacker Billing Gate in a new browser tab, where a payment method can be established for automatic payments.

If the account also has Read permission to the Financial Transaction Details (FTD) security area, this section will display a list of the five (5) most recent transactions for the student.
